AboutShe Leads
Becoming the leader God designed you to be is a long journey filled with new challenges and difficult decisions. The way forward isn’t always easy to navigate on your own. In fact, it usually requires you to step out of your comfort zone and into uncharted territory. She Leads is a community that introduces women like you to other women in leadership positions in churches and ministries across the country.
It includes a one-day Summit and Circle of 12, a nine-month mentorship program for women who are co-pastoring churches with their husbands. Develop your leadership skills, gain confidence, and deepen your impact on your community with women on the same beautiful yet complicated journey as you. Leaders of all experience levels are encouraged to join.

She Leads is a network of women who are leading in their churches. It is made up of Senior Pastors, Executive Pastors, Ministry leaders and women who are passionate about growing their leadership capacity within the church.

Throughout the year we host She Leads gatherings in different cities around the nation. These are one day events that range from 3-5 hours depending on the nature of the event. You will hear from amazing communicators and leaders just like you and have the opportunity to foster relationships with other women who are leading in the same area as you!
